Little Giant football standout Greg Brown has received verbal offer from the University of Michigan. If you've been following the updates by ROSS1FAN and
others here on the forum you know that Greg has been impressive in combines and has been up here in Ann Arbor. I've been told that UM badly wants him to
wear the maize and blue and they are working hard to make it happen.

Congratualtions greg!!! If I understand right, its not an official offer until sept, or start of his JR year. Ncaa rules.But a verbal offer from Michigan,
meaning they WILL official him and a sign from michigan they reallly want his services. OSU for instance offered a verbal to braxton miller also in gregs
grade, same thing.There was an article on Scout.com june 19th on michigans website about michigan making early move on him.
keep this in mind.At UM'S camp, the best from across the country go to it and compete, he did very well, if michigan offered now it means he's college caliber now.He did good against sr wr's, some of the best. Congrats to this little giant. |

He's listed at 5'11 180 with a 4.4 40 on rivals. He ran that at UM.

According to the recruiting planet greg has picked up another verbal offer this one from central michigan...btw he's gonna have all kinds of offers.he said
his recruitiment will be osu and michigan.

per bucknuts.com article about rodriguez after ohio jr...greg brown DB went to michigan states camp last week and was givina verbal offer from
MSU..............in the buckbuts article he says michigan is his favorite school and may decide soon...mich CMU Msu have verbally offered.osu is recruiting
him..........he went to osu camp last thursday.................go to bucknuts.com to read article.............

Interesting to see where those Statistics come from.
I have Greg Brown having 3 INT's in 2008, which he returned one for a TD also. I can't remember if he had any in his Freshman year or not. |

I Watched greg play wr and cb saturday without a doubt he's a phenom.he uses his hands well fast to break off the db and get knows how to get open and as a
CBB he uses them to bottle up wr.s and drape over them.In the 7 on 7 he was on a wrs hip pocket... a lakota qb who btw had a strong arm thre an out on brown we
were in zone and d when the qb threw greg wasntt there untill he exploded on the ball being 10 yds away nearly intercepting he dropped. wow

I was there Fri. and Sat. I'll tell you what our Defense is Fast.Greg Brown breaking to the WR., stuffing them also good job,speed has been there since
day1.Tylor Trautwein very fast gets to the ball just as quick in the middle and very tough is going to be hard to stop after catching ball.Hines what can you
say we've seen his speed all along, great hands hard to cover.Foos strugled Fri. early but came back, Sat. on point and throws hard,and sees the open man
quick.Devonte Woods is quick gets open early.I know it's only July but if this is only the begining we here in Giant country are Going to have a Great time
during the season. Sorry meant to put this in 7 on 7 discussion
